Anhydrous Milk Fat is manufactured from either butter or from cream, and is a purest form of milk fat dairy product. It is made by removal of water and non‑fat solids contained in butter and used widely as food ingredients. Anhydrous Milk Fat is made from fresh cream or butter  and should contain at least 99.8 percent milk fat
